These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Love PDF Tool, available at lovepdftool.com ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. Description of Service

Love PDF Tool provides free online tools for working with PDF documents, including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, editing, watermarking, signing, and more. Some tools operate entirely within your browser; others utilise secure server-side processing. The Service is provided free of charge, though we reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Love PDF Tool only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must NOT: (a) upload files containing viruses, malware, ransomware, or any malicious code; (b) upload files containing illegal content, including material that violates intellectual property rights, copyright, privacy rights, or applicable law; (c) use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to access or abuse the Service; (d) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers or network; (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related infrastructure; (f) resell, sub-license, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written permission.

3. Your Files and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all files you upload to and receive from Love PDF Tool. We claim no intellectual property rights over your files. Love PDF Tool does not review, access, store, or use the contents of your files for any purpose beyond what is technically required to process and return them to you.

4. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with Love PDF Tool (via Google Sign-In), you are responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of your account credentials; (b) all activities that occur under your account; and (c) notifying us immediately at ${CONTACT_EMAIL} if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5. No Warranty

Love PDF Tool is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that: (a) the Service will be available at all times or free from errors; (b) converted files will be error-free or identical to the original; or (c) the Service is free from viruses or harmful components. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Love PDF Tool, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, file corruption, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. This limitation applies even if Love PDF Tool has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. File Processing and Automatic Deletion

Browser-based tools on Love PDF Tool process your files entirely on your device without any server upload. For server-based tools, files are transmitted securely over HTTPS, processed in isolated temporary memory, and automatically and permanently deleted immediately after your converted file is delivered. We do not retain, copy, or archive your uploaded files.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

Love PDF Tool reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Love PDF Tool at our sole discretion and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, or acted in a manner harmful to other users or to Love PDF Tool.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Love PDF Tool after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
